Group Running Classes

Looking to improve your running, increase your fitness or even recover from an injury. There is something here for you. These group running classes focus more on the fundamentals of fitness, injury prevention, strength & conditioning, improving your running technique, with additional element of developing your anaerobic.

Martin Hunt Performance also offers sports massage therapy to compliment your training & increase your recovery time.



Not just limited to athletes, these classes cater for all ages & abilities.


Every Tuesday & Thursday 7.30-8.30am at Paddington Rec, Maida Vale W9.

£15 per session or £100 for 8 sessions.
