Best Carbohydrates for Diabetes.

1. Vegetables - That grow above the ground such as green leafy veggies, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, tomato etc.

Eat these in abundance

2. Vegetables - carrots, beets, pumpkin, celeriac, turnip.

Eat these in moderation

3. Fruit - berries -strawberries, blueberries.

4. Beans & Legumes - lentils, mung beans, northern beans 6-7 g carbs per 1/4 cup.
