1. Dehydration or inadequate intake of water.
2. Depleted levels of potassium & sodium. (salt)
3. Depleted carbohydrate levels.

4. Tense or stiff muscles.
5. Vitamin deficiencies may also cause cramps.
6. Poor blood circulation also causes cramps.
